Huck Custom Tanto Limited production One of 100 automatic knives. This is a sweet Custom switchblade made by James Huckeba in the 1990s. Jim's knives are pretty recognizable by his flush round button, linerless & bolsterless scaled knives usually with hollow ground blades. This knife measures 5 7/8 inches closed and 10 1/2 inches open. The scales are Stag with Black Micarta bolsters. The mirror finish hollow ground Tanto blade is full and is marked Huck's Custom Tanto 12/100. Jim's knives work very smoothly. The blades are fired by a coil spring. The blade tip seats inside the well, opens smoothly and locks up tight, as all of his knives seem to do. Jim is no longer with us, but his knives will help his legend to live on as one of America's top custom automatic knife makers.
