WADE & BUTCHER Ivory Celluloid Double switchblade knife w/ purse

Vintage WADE & BUTCHER Ivory Celluloid Double switchblade knife made under contract by Schrade Cutlery Co of Walden NY in the early 1900s. The knife measures 3 3/8 inches closed and 7 1/16" open with brass liners and nickel silver buttons and safeties. The blades are both nearly full and shiny. Main blade is stamped WADE & BUTCHER over an Arrow symbol. The small blade is stamped US PATS over Dec 21, 09, Sept 13, 10 & June 6, 16. The Ivory celluloid scales are in great condition with no cracks, or chips. The knife works great with both blade tips below the liners closed, open fully and lock nicely. Small blade has just a bit of up and down at the tip. Does not rattle if shaken with blades open. Comes in an old leather purse that it has likely been kept in since it was new. Both safeties work.
