VIRGINIA INOX 21cm Ackermannchen style White Vintage Italian Switchblade

VIRGINIA INOX 21cm Ackermannchen style Vintage Italian Switchblade made in the 1960s or 70s in France. This style is often stamped Ackermannchen and I don't know of any other name for it, so I'm going with that. As far as I can see the markings are the only difference. The knife measures 21cm (8.25 inches) open and 4.5 inches closed with brass liners and nickel silver plated button and safety cap. The flat grind swedge blade is 99% full with the original factory finish and some light scratches and the ricasso is stamped VIRGINIA INOX on the front and PATENT MADE IN ITALY on the reverse. The unusual white synthetic scales are in very nice condition with no cracks, but there are a couple of lines on & along the edge of the scale, see extra pics. The knife works great with the blade tip sitting deep in the well closed, STRONG snap and Tight lockup open. This is a backspring release knife so you press on a grooved tab that is the only exposed backspring in the wrap around handles. Safety works. VG+ condition.
