Vintage 26cm Russian Automatic Knife Red PAT LOTOS switchblade

Vintage Russian switchblade knife with extra large blade. Not sure on the age of this one, or who made it, but it is definitely a beautiful piece of Russian cutlery Folk Art. This knife measures 26cm (10 1/8 inches) open and weighs in at 218 grams! It has and aluminum frame with stainless steel plates and elaborately engraved blade. The large unusual saber grind blade appears to be full and is marked PAT LOTOS on the front with an Eagle head and design and the back is similar with eagle's head and says STAINLESS STEEL HAND MADE with some light scratches. The knife works well with the blade tip peeking a little over 1/8" when closed, smooth strong snap and locks open with approx 1/4 inch up and down that springs back when you let go. It is button open, button close with a sliding aluminum button. Very large vintage Russian switchblade.
