Unstamped BARGEON 22cm French Vintage black cross guard automatic knife

Vintage French Bargeon automatic knife with finger guards on the bolsters. The knife is not marked (sterile) and measures 21.6 cm (8.5 inches) open and 4 5/8 inches closed with coined brass liners and steel bolsters, button & safety with nickel silver lanyard ring. The flat grind swedge blade is full and shiny with original factory finish and some light scratches and no markings. The black plastic scales are in very good condition with no shrinkage and a little scuffing by the safety. The knife functions well with the blade tip deep and centered in the well, Strong snap and excellent lockup with a tiny bit of movement at the tip that springs back when you let go. Does not rattle if shaken with blade open. Safety works. EX condition.
