TARRY LEVIGNE LIZARD stamp INOX 20cm Italian Transitional stiletto automatic knife

Vintage TARRY LEVIGNE LIZARD stamp INOX 20cm Italian Transitional stiletto automatic knife made in Italy for export to France to be sold by Tarry Levigne. The knife measures 20.1 (7 15/16 inches) open with D stamped brass liners, nickel silver bolsters, button and safety cap. Flat swedge blade is 99% full with most of the original factory finish and some light scratches and is stamped with a Lizard stamp over IMPORT on the ricasso and INOX on the reverse side. Buffalo horn scales are mostly translucent green with some black and gorgeous and in great condition. The knife works well with blade tip deep and centered in the well closed, strong snap and TIGHT lockup. These Levigne knives seem to be made to a slightly higher standard than other Italian switchblades of the time. Safety works. EX condition.
