TARRY LEVIGNE IMPORT INOX Lizard 21cm Italian Vintage Transitional switchblade knife

Vintage TARRY LEVIGNE 21cm Italian Vintage Transitional Stiletto switchblade knife made in Italy for the French market in the 1960s-70s. These contract knives were the best quality Italian switchblades of the day, made to the same standards as the earlier 1950s picklocks . The knife measures 20.4cm (8 inches) open and 4 3/8 inches closed with D stamped brass liners and nickel silver bolsters, button and safety cap. The blade is 99% full and retains all of the factory finish and is stamped with a picture of a LIZARD over IMPORT and the backside is stamped INOX with some light scratches on the blade. The horn scales are mostly black with tan streaks and are in very good condition. The knife works great with blade tip below liners closed, good snap and Tight lockup open. Does not rattle if shaken with blade open. Safety works. EX condition.
