Sterile 29cm Custom Oval button & Horn Sheffield Inspired automatic knife

Sterile 29cm Custom Oval button & Horn Sheffield Inspired automatic knife with beautifully engraved oversize brass finger guards and bolsters. This knife measures 28.5cm (11.25 inches) open and 5 7/8 inches closed with steel liners and brass bolsters, button & pins. The dagger grind blade is 100% full with original finish and is unmarked. The horn scales are thick and beautiful, mostly black with a little white streaking with beautiful double pattern file work on the backspring. This is a backspring release to close knife with a lever protruding from the top front bolster that you lift to unlock the blade to be closed. The knife has a definitely 19th century Sheffield vibe and works Great with blade tip below liner and centered closed, strong snap and excellent lockup with just a hint of movement at the tip. No rattle when shaken with blade open except the button a bit. Beautiful custom automatic knife by 2nd generation knife maker Samir Ahmad. As new condition.
