Sterile 21cm Italian Picklock 1950s Light horn Red dot automatic knife "almost" flat guard

Sterile 21cm Italian Picklock 1950s Light horn Red dot automatic knife with large button and wide locking tab. The knife measures 20.5cm (8.1 inches) open and 4 3/8 inches closed with Non D Stamped brass liners, nickel silver bolsters, button & safety cap. The finger guards are almost flat, but not quite. The bayonet blade is Full length with some loss from sharpening and has patina, scratches and some pitting and the tang stamp is gone if it was ever there. The blade tip is right at the end of the channel, so it was originally a 21cm knife which is indicative of a flat guard being 1cm shorter than standard guard knives. The tri colored horn scales are in very good condition and the back scale is yellowed from age and it has a red dot safety. The knife works well with blade tip below the liners closed, good snap and good lockup. The locking tab is wider than most and the button is a little larger than average. Safety works. VG- condition.
