Sterile 16cm Italian picklock 1950s vintage Horn Bayonet automatic knife

Vintage 16cm 1950s Italian picklock switchblade with no visible stamp on the ricasso (sterile) made in Italy. The knife measures 16cm (6.25 inches) open and 3 7/16 inches closed with D stamped brass liners and nickel silver bolsters button and safety cap. The bayonet style blade that is 99% full or better with much of the original finish with light scratches and some spotting. The genuine horn scales are in very good condition with some light handling marks/scuffs. The front scale is mostly green/gray with cream streaks and the rear scale black, green and cream. The knife works well with blade tip below the liners closed, strong snap & excellent lockup. Short throw safety works properly. VG+ condition. Small quirk, you must push the button to close the knife fully, but works great otherwise.
