STAINLESS STEEL 27cm Japanese Swing Guard Batwing lockback vintage automatic knife

STAINLESS STEEL 27cm Japanese Swing Guard Batwing lockback vintage automatic knife made in Japan 1950s or 60s. The knife measures 26.7cm (10.5 inches) open and 5 5/8 inches closed with steel liners and nickel bolsters, guards, plated button & safety. The flat swedge blade is 99% full, or better with original finish with some light scratches and the ricasso is stamped STAINLESS STEEL. The black synthetic scales (handles) are in excellent condition with a few light handling marks and held on with brass pins. The knife works well with blade tip below the liners closed, good snap and very good lockup with about 1/16" movement at the tip open. Does rattle if shaken with blade open, but mostly the guards. Safety works, but loose. EX condition.
