STAINLESS (slant) PATENT 23cm Italian Stiletto bolster release switchblade

Vintage STAINLESS 23cm Italian Bolster Release wood scales automatic knife made in Italy in the 1980s most likely. Instead of a button to open the knife, the blade is released to both open and close by swiveling the top front bolster. The knife measures 22.2cm (8 3/4 inches) open and 4 7/8 inches closed with brass liners, bolsters & pins. The flat grind blade is 100% full with all of the factory finish intact and the ricasso is marked STAINLESS diagonally on the front and the back is marked PATENT, also diagonally. The wood scales (handles) are in very good condition with some handling marks and are very dark. The knife works well with the blade tip deep in the well closed, strong snap and very good lockup with about 1/16" of movement at the tip open. No rattle if shaken with blade open. EX+ condition.
