SPRING ROSTFREI 23cm Raimondo Italian Picklock 1950s vintage switchblade

Vintage RAIMONDO SPRING ROSTFREI 23cm Italian Picklock automatic knife made in Italy in the 1950s. This is a RAIMONDO, but not stamped as such. It measures 22.7cm (8 15/16 inches) open and 4 7/8 inches closed with D stamped brass liners and nickel silver bolsters and steel button and safety cap. The bayonet style blade is 99% full or better and shiny with light scratches and tiny bit of peppering and the ricasso is stamped SPRING ROSTFREI with round locking hole drilled all the way through the blade. This knife has the characteristics of a RAIMONDO but not marked as such. Genuine horn scales are in good condition with the front being mostly black and the back. There are a few light scuffs from use/carry. The knife works well with blade tip below the liners closed, strong snap and very good lockup open with tiny bit of movement each way at the tip open. Does not rattle if shaken with the blade open. Extra high domed button. Safety works. EX condition.
