SOLINGEN CUTLERY GERMANY 10cm German Jigged bone SPRINGER vintage knife most likely made pre 1960. It measures 10.5cm (4 1/8 inches) closed and 17.8cm (7 1/16 inches) open with brass liners and German (nickel) silver bolsters & lever. The spear point blade is 99% full, or better with light scratches, patina and some spotting and the tang is stamped SOLINGEN CUTLERY GERMANY. The jigged bone scales are very dark with front pieces almost black. The knife works well with blade tip just below liners closed, good snap and excellent lockup with less than 1/16" movement that springs back when you let go. No rattle if shaken with blade open. VG+ condition.
