SHAPLEIGH HDW CO B23 Small double Silver Deluxe automatic knife

Vintage SHAPLEIGH HDW CO B23 Small double Silver Deluxe automatic knife made by Schrade Cutlery Co of Walden NY under contract for the Hardware giant. Shapleigh catalog number for the knife was B23 and it measures 2 7/8" closed and 5 7/8" open with nickel silver liners and steel scales, buttons and safeties. The blades are both full with original factory finish with a little bit of pitting, very nice overall. The larger blade is stamped SHAPLEIGH HDW CO around a diamond shape with letters DE inside (Diamond Edge trademark) and the small blade marked US PATS DEC 21, 09, SEPT 13, 10 and JUNE 6, 16. Knife works well with both blade tips even with, or below liners, both open fully with NO kickback and both lock up tight open. Both safeties work. EX++ condition.
