SHAPLEIGH D.E. HDW CO S1ST Medium 3 3/8" double Picked bone automatic knife

Antique SHAPLEIGH D.E. HDW CO #S1ST Medium 3 3/8" double Picked bone automatic knife made by the Schrade Cutlery Co of Walden, NY for the hardware giant. The knife measures 3 3/8" closed and 6 7/8" with both blades open with brass liners and nickel silver buttons & safeties. It's a Spear/pen blade combo and both blades are 96% full, or better and shiny and have been cleaned. The spear blade is stamped SHAPLEIGH HDW CO around a diamond shape with letters D-E inside and the small blade is stamped US PATS FEB 13, 06 & FEB 26, 07 so it was made between 1907 and 1916. Works well with both tips below the liners closed, both open fully with kickback and both lock open with a little extra movement, within average range. Both safeties work. VG condition.
