SCHRADE WALDEN Fishtail Smoked pearl celluloid w/bolsters #151 switchblade knife

Vintage Schrade Walden fishtail switchblade with Smoked pearl celluloid handles (scales) was made in Walden, NY sometime between 1946 and 1956 and was designated the model #151. It measures 4 inches closed and 7.25 inches open with brass liners & nickel silver bolsters, button and safety cap. The clip blade is 99% full with most of the original finish w light scratches and very light pitting is marked SCHRADE WALDEN NY USA on the front tang and the back is blank. The Smoked Pearl celluloid scales are very attractive and in good condition with one crack across the front scale with a little internal cracking. The knife works well with blade tip seating below the liners closed, good snap and very good lockup with just a hint of up and down at the tip. Does not rattle if shaken with blade open. Safety works. VG condition.
