SCHRADE WALDEN Fishtail Horn celluloid w/bolsters #151 switchblade knife

Vintage Schrade Walden fishtail switchblade with Horn celluloid handles (scales). This knife was made in Walden, NY sometime between 1946 and 1956 and was designated the model #151. It measures 4 inches closed and 7.25 inches open with brass liners & nickel silver bolsters, button and safety cap. The blade is nearly full with patina and light scratches and light peppering and is marked SCHRADE WALDEN NY on the front tang and the back is blank. The scales are very attractive and in good condition with couple of tiny pin cracks near top bolster where they all seem to get them eventually. The knife works great with blade tip seating even with the liners closed, good snap and fair lockup with about 1/8" up and down at the tip. Does rattle if shaken. Safety works. VG condition.
