SCHRADE WALDEN Fishtail Candystripe celluloid w/bolsters #151 switchblade knife

Vintage Schrade Walden fishtail switchblade with Candystripe celluloid handles (scales) made in Walden, NY sometime between 1946 and 1956 and was designated the model #151. It measures 4 inches closed and 7.25 inches open with brass liners & nickel silver bolsters, button and safety cap. The clip blade is 98% full with patina, light scratches and light spotting and is marked SCHRADE WALDEN NY on the front tang and the back is blank. The scales are very attractive with a hairline crack between two top pins near top bolster on the back scale and a some light surface cracking in a few places. The knife works great with blade tip below the liners closed, good snap and fair lockup with a little over 1/8" movement each way at the tip. Does rattle if shaken. Safety works. VG- condition.
