SCHRADE WALDEN #151 Fishtail Butter & Molasses celluloid Vintage automatic knife

Schrade Walden fishtail switchblade knife with Butter & Molasses celluloid handles made in Walden, NY sometime between 1946 and 1956 and designated the model #151. It measures 4 inches closed and 7.25 inches open with brass liners and nickel silver bolsters, button & safety. The clip blade is 99% full or better with original finish and is marked SCHRADE WALDEN NY USA on the tang. The Butter & Molasses celluloid scales are in very good condition with no shrinkage with two tiny pin cracks by the top pins on the back scale as most of these fishtails end up with. The knife works well with blade tip just above the liners closed, good snap and very good lockup with less than 1/16" movement at the tip. Does not rattle if shaken with blade open. Safety works.
