Schrade Cut Co Medium double Sterling Silver Deluxe automatic knife SS740DF

Schrade Cut Co Medium double Sterling Silver Deluxe automatic knife SS740DF made in Walden, NY sometime between 1910 and 1916 with nice overall patina. This is the medium size double measuring 3 3/8" closed and 7 1/8" with both blades open with nickel silver liners, buttons and safeties. The blades are 99% full or better with most of the original finish under a light patina with some light scratches and light spotting. Spear/file blade combo with  the spear blade stamped SCHRADE CUT CO WALDEN NY and the small blade stamped US PATS FEB 13, 06, FEB 26, 07 & Sept 13, 10. The Sterling silver scales are in very nice condition and both are stamped STERLING with light patina and one small ding in the front scale near the bottom/back pin. The knife works well with blade tips below liners closed, open fully and both lock open nicely with less than 1/16" up and down at the tips when open. Does rattle if shaken with blades open as most of these do. Nice example of a vintage American gentleman's silver switchblade. Both safeties work. EX- condition.
