Schrade Cut Co Medium double Sterling Silver Deluxe automatic knife

Schrade Cut Co double switchblade with Sterling Silver scales made in Walden, NY sometime between 1916 and 1946. This is the medium size double measuring 3 3/8" closed and 7 1/8" with both blades open with nickel silver liners, buttons and safeties. The blades are full and shiny. Main spear blade stamped SCHRADE CUT CO WALDEN NY and the small blade stamped US PATS Dec 21, 09, Sept 13, 10 and June 6, 16. The Sterling silver scales are in very nice condition and both are stamped STERLING. The knife works well with blade blade tips seating well closed, open fully and both lock open nicely with just a bit of up and down movement at the tips when open. Nice example of a vintage American gentleman's silver switchblade. Both safeties work. EX+ condition.
