SCHRADE CUT CO medium double OFFICE KNIFE Spey blade vintage switchblade knife made in Walden, NY sometime between 1916 and 1946. Measures 3 3/8" closed and just over 7 inches open with brass liners and nickel silver buttons and safeties. Spen/pen blade combination and both blades are full, or nearly full with original finish and some light scratches. Spey blade stamped SCHRADE CUT CO WALDEN NY and small blade US PATS Dec 21, 09, Sept 13, 10 and June 6, 16. Ivory celluloid scales are in really nice condition and front scale is marked OFFICE KNIFE. The knife works great with both blade tips below liners closed, strong snap and some kickback on both blades, but both lock open well in full open position with just a bit of movement and does not rattle if shaken. Safeties work. EX+ condition.
