SCHRADE CUT CO Large Double Tip bolster Cotton Candy cell automatic knife made in Walden, NY sometime between 1916 and 1956. The knife measures 3 3/4 inches closed and 8 3/16 inches with both blades open with brass liners and nickel silver tip bolsters, steel buttons & nickel silver safeties. It's a Clip/pen blade combo with both blades being 99% full, or better with patina, light scratches and a little spotting. The large clip blade is stamped SCHRADE CUT CO WALDEN, NY and the pen blade tang is stamped US PATS DEC 21, 09, SEPT 13, 10 & JUNE 6, 16. The colorful celluloid scales are often referred to as Cotton Candy and are in excellent condition. The knife works great with both blade tips well below the liners closed, good snap and excellent lockup on both. Safeties work. EX condition
