Schrade Cut Co large double with Cocobolo celluloid scales and nickel silver tip bolsters. This knife was made in Walden, NY sometime between 1907 and 1910  and is the largest of the three sizes of two bladed switchblades made by Schrade Cut Co. It's a model #7503 CT with spear/pen blade combination. The knife measures 3 3/4" closed and 8 1/8 inches with both blades open and it has brass liners and nickel silver tip bolsters, buttons, safeties & pins. The large blade is 96% full with patina, light peppering and some light spotting. The small blade 98% and similar condition with patina and some spotting. Large blade stamped SCHRADE CUT CO WALDEN, NY on the tang and small blade stamped US PATS FEB 13, 06 FEB 26, 07. The celluloid scales are in fair condition with two larger and a few tiny hairline cracks. The knife works well with both blades seating at, or below liners closed, and open fully with average lockup. Good working example of a vintage American large double switchblade. Both safeties work. G+ condition.
