Schrade Cut Co Hunters Pride # G1543 3/4 bone Folding guard switchblade knife

Vintage Schrade Cut Co Hunters Pride # G1543 3/4 jigged bone Folding guard switchblade knife made in Walden, NY. It measures 4 7/8 inches closed and 8 5/8 inches open with steel liners & nickel silver bolsters, guards, button and safety. The clip blade is 98% full and shiny with a few light scratches and the tang is stamped SCHRADE CUT CO WALDEN NY on the tang and back US PATS DEC 21, 09, SEPT 13, 10 and JUNE 6, 16 so it was made between 1916 and 1946. The peachseed jigged bone scales are very attractive and in excellent condition with no cracks. The knife works great with blade tip well below liners closed, strong snap and good lockup with just a tiny bit of movement at the tip open. Safety works. EX+ condition.
