S.M. CO. ITALY 23cm Italian Picklock 1950s vintage horn automatic knife

Vintage S.M. CO. ITALY 23cm Italian Picklock 1950s horn scaled automatic knife that measures just under 22.5cm (8 7/8 inches) open and 4 7/8 inches closed with D stamped brass liners and nickel silver bolsters button and safety cap. The bayonet grind blade is 97% full, or better with patina, a few light scratches and a little light spotting. The buffalo horn scales are mostly black with tan streaks and are in very nice condition. The knife works great with blade tip centered and below the liners closed, strong snap and good lockup with less than 1/16" movement at the tip. Barely rattles if shaken with blade open. Nice example of a 1950s vintage Italian picklock. Safety works. VG+ condition.
