RPK 25cm Russian Prison Knife Aluminum Dragon switchblade

This is a very nice Russian Prison Knife (RPK) switchblade made in a Russian prison sometime between 1960 and 1980s. The knife measures 25cm (9.75 inches) open with a one piece aluminum frame and hollow ground steel blade. The shape and art work on the frame feature a Dragon, a Falcon and a Tiger. I also see the letters S& W over each other, the letter R on the button and a $ sign. This is a Gorgeous automatic knife that fits the hand wonderfully and is very light! Built in thumb guard completes the feel and adds leverage and protection when cutting. The blade appears to be nearly full and is Extremely Sharp! The knife works great with the blade tip seating very deep closed, strong snap and tight lockup! The blade is coilspring fired when you slide the button and it really works smoothly. This knife is very good quality and a Gorgeous piece of Russian Folk Art cutlery!
