RPK 12cm Russian Prison Knife Tiny Keychain all metal switchblade knife

Vintage Russian RPK (Russian Prison Knife) switchblade keychain knife. It is believed that these knives were made by inmates of Russian prisons back in the 1950s through the 1970s to be sold to raise capital for the prisons and given by prison personnel as bribes and gifts. They are all hand made and very unique and beautiful pieces of Russian cutlery Folk Art. This knife measures 11.5cm (4.5 inches) open with aluminum frame & 100% full carbon steel blade with no markings. Frame has zipper pattern around the edges and in very good condition except for a broken piece near the bottom/back of the knife as you can see in the pics. The knife works well with the blade tip seating deep in the well when closed, smooth snap and tight lockup when open. Has a hole on the end to attach a ring for keychain. Comes with leather pouch that looks like it might be original to the knife. Very cool vintage Russian RPK mini. G condition.
