RPK 10cm MINI Russian Prison Knife vintage automatic blue leg knife

RPK Tiny 10cm Russian Sparkle blue leg knife keychain automatic with sliding button release measures 10.1cm (4 inches) open and 2.5 inches closed with steel liners and bolsters. These knives are believed to be made by inmates of Russian prisons between 1950s and 80s to be sold to raise capital for the prisons or given as gifts by prison personnel. They are all hand made and very unique and beautiful pieces of Russian cutlery Folk Art. The drop point blade is nearly full with lots of scratches and   no markings. The synthetic green pearlescent scales with cream spacers are in excellent condition and very attractive. The knife works great with blade tip below the liners closed, good snap and good lockup. Note: you do have to push up on the button for the blade tip to stay below the liners. EX condition
