Rostfrei (slant) PATENT (slant) 20cm Italian BOBC Black lip Pearlex automatic knife

Vintage Rostfrei PATENT (both stamps diagonal) 20cm Italian BOBC Black lip Pearlex automatic knife made in Italy in the 1960s or 70s. The knife measures 19.6cm (7.7 inches) open and 4 3/8 inches closed with D stamped brass liners and nickel silver bolsters, button & safety cap. The flat swedge blade is 99% full, or better with original finish and some light scratches and the ricasso is stamped Rostfrei diagonally on the front (slant) and PATENT diagonally on the reverse (slant). The scales (handles) are dark pearlex that resembles black lip pearl and are in good condition with a stable hairline crack through the button that has been glued to prevent further cracking. The knife works great with the blade tip deep in the well closed, good snap and tight lockup with a little up and down that springs back when you let go. Does not rattle if shaken with blade open. Safety works. EX- condition.
