Rostfrei (slant) 14cm Italian transitional Small button stiletto automatic knife

Vintage Rostfrei (slant) 14cm Italian transitional Small button stiletto automatic knife measures just under 14cm (5.5 inches) open with D Stamped brass liners and nickel silver bolsters, button and safety cap. The flat swedge blade is full with factory finish and is marked Rostfrei diagonally (slant) on the ricasso. The black buffalo horn scales are in good condition with just a little surface bug biting near the top pin on the back scale. The knife works well with blade tip deep in the well closed, strong snap and tight lockup. This knife has a smaller button than most Italian knives in this size which makes it look more proportionate to a 9 inch knife without reference to size next to it and very interesting. Safety works.
