ROSTFREI KISSING CRANE 10cm German Lever Stag Vintage automatic knife

Vintage ROSTFREI KISSING CRANE 18cm German Stag Lever automatic knife likely made in the 1950s or 60s in Germany. German knives like this are often referred to by the length closed in cm, rounded down. The knife measures 18cm (7 1/16  inches open) and 10.4cm (4 1/8 inches) closed with brass liners and German (nickel) silver bolsters and lever. The spear point blade is 98% full or better and shiny with original finish and the tang is stamped ROSTFREI in an arch over two cranes, the Kissing Crane mark. The backside is stamped ROBT KLAAS SOLINGEN GERMANY and picture of 2 cranes. The stag scales are attractive and in very good condition. The knife works great with the blade tip well below the liners closed, Strong snap and TIGHT lockup. Does not rattle if shaken with the blade open. EX condition.
