ROSTFREI 15cm Italian BoBc Vintage 1960s Stiletto automatic knife

Vintage Inox PATENT 15cm Italian Button Open Button Close (BOBC) Stiletto automatic knife most likely made in the 1960s in Italy. BOBC and flatguard Italian knives tended to be made in odd sizes about 1cm shorter than picklocks and swivel bolster common sizes. It measures 15.3cm (6 inches) open and 3.5 inches closed with D Stamped brass liners and nickel silver bolsters, large button & safety cap. The flat grind blade is 100% full, with original finish with light scratches and the ricasso (tang) is stamped ROSTFREI. The genuine horn scales are mostly black with a bit of tan streaking and in very good condition with one scratch across safety. The knife works well with blade tip centered and below liners closed, good snap and excellent lockup with a hint of movement open. Does not rattle if shaken with blade open. EX condition.
