Rizzuto Estileto STAINLESS STEEL 28cm Japanese Swing guard Black vintage automatic knife

Unusual Rizzuto Estileto (no MILANO) 28cm Japanese Swing guard regular bolster Black vintage automatic knife with regular guards. It measures 27.7cm (10 7/8 inches) open and just under 6 inches closed with steel liners, bolsters & guards, brass button & safety cap with decorative nickel silver lanyard ring. This knife was made in Japan in the 1960s or 70s and has standard shape guards. The bayonet style blade is 100% full with original factory finish and the ricasso is stamped STAINLESS STEEL and the face of the blade below the spine is stamped RIZZUTO ESTILETO, (but no MILANO) which is odd. The black synthetic scales are in excellent condition with light handling marks and are held on with 4 brass pins on the front and 3 on the back. The knife works well with blade tip deep in the well, strong snap and unusual TIGHT lockup open! This is a very unusual and special knife. Safety works. EX+ condition.
