z RIALTO 2006 24cm Italian Custom Brazilian horn Damascus Bolster vintage automatic knife

Here's an unusual Custom, or customized vintage Italian 24cm automatic knife with Damascus custom bolsters with spike at the bottom/back. It measures 23.5cm (9 1/4 inches) open with brass liners, Damascus steel bolsters, stainless steel button and safety. The bayonet style blade is 100% full with factory finish and the ricasso is etched RIALTO 2006. The scales are genuine Brazilian buffalo horn with front scale black & cream and the rear scale ranging from translucent green, to tan & cream with a little black on the edge and are in very nice condition. Although this was originally a swivel bolster knife and the replacement front bolster does swivel, it doesn't swivel far enough to release the blade to be closed, so works better as a picklock where you lift the locking tab with your thumbnail. The knife works well with blade tip deep and centered in the well closed, strong snap and good lockup with about 1/16" up and down at the tip. Barely rattles if shaken with blade open. I believe that a RIALTO 2006 knife was used in the Crystal Skull Raiders of the Lost Ark movie. Safety works. EX+ condition.
