Remington R17 Pullball Tenk Hardware 75th Anniversary switchblade knife

Vintage Remington R17 pull ball switchblade made by the George Schrade Knife Co of Bridgeport, CT sometime between 1937 and 1944 for Remington Arms Co also of Bridgeport, CT. The knife measures 2 7/8" closed and 5 inches open including the release ball, with brass liners. The blade is nearly full (99%), retains original factory finish and is stamped Remington PAT 11-9-37 on the front and R17 on the rear of the tang. The Onyx colored scales are in very nice condition with no cracks or chips with advertising on both sides in Red that says TENK 75th Anniversary 1865-1940 QUINCY, ILL, but the red is faded on the front scale. The knife works perfectly! Nice old Remington switchblade from the late 1930s, or early 40s. EX+ condition
