Queen Switchblade Prototype locking blade NOS original

Queen Cutlery had a design for a variation on the Jet 25 toothpick switchblade that they made in the 1950s where the blade would lock in the open position unlike the original Jet 25 which was a slip joint knife. I have an original factory drawing showing the new design and this is one of the blades that would have been used, but I don't think that they actually went into production. I would guess that it was scheduled to go into production around 1956 when there was controversy whether switchblades might become illegal and therefore the idea was scrapped, even though they had made up a bunch of blades for the project. They even had the patent number which is stamped on the back of the blade. This is one of those blades!
