PRESTO M2 Bone WWII 1940s Geo Schrade vintage Paratrooper automatic knife

Vintage PRESTO M2 WWII jigged bone handled automatic knife made by the George Schrade Knife Co of Bridgeport, CT sometime between 1930 and 1942. It measures 4 1/8" closed and 7 inches open with steel liners, bolsters, bail & button with nickel silver safety. The clip blade is 95% full or better with scratches and spotting under a light patina and a tiny chip out of the cutting edge and is marked PRESTO over PAT PEND-G on the front and G SCHRADE over B'PORT CT on the rear. The scales are very nice dyed Jigged bone with no cracks or chips with lanyard ring (staple). The knife works well with blade tip deep and centered, strong snap and good lockup with about 1/8" movement at the tip. Barely rattles if shaken with blade open. Safety works. EX- condition.
