Presto Hunter switchblade with jigged bone scales. Made by the George Schrade Knife Co of Bridgeport, CT sometime between 1940 and 1956. This knife measures 5 inches closed and 8.75 inches open with steel liners and bolsters. It was designated the model 3000 and was the largest switchblade made by the company. This one is in Near Mint condition with a full blade with original factory finish! The blade is 100% full and neary perfect except for some light spotting. This knife functions perfectly with the blade tip seating deep, strong snap and locking up TIGHT! They don't get much better than this!
