PRESTO Fishtail Frame w Blade Factory reject from Schrade Factory auction. A box of these "frames with blades" was found at the Geo Schrade Knife Co auction years ago and they were stored for many years. Looks like most of these were thrown in a box at the factory for parts. Most were steel frames, but there were just a few that were brass liners. These were all new, never completed knives at the time, but after years of storage in a cardboard box they have some patina and light corrosion on the frames and signs of "humid storage" on most of the blades, though not too bad on most. These could easily be made into complete knives, or just displayed as the pieces of American Switchblade History that they are. There are three frames with blades pictured in this listing to show condition, but the listing is for ONE frame with blade only!
