PRESTO 600S Medium double Onyx celluloid Louis Freeman Co etched automatic knife

Vintage PRESTO 600S Medium double Onyx celluloid Louis Freeman Co etched automatic knife made by the Geo Schrade Knife Co of Bridgeport, CT sometime between 1940 and 1956. It's the only size double made by the company and it measures 3 3/8" closed and 7 1/8" open with brass liners and nickel silver button, safeties & pins. The blades are both 100% full with all of the original factory finish. Main (spear) blade has a couple of rust spots and is etched The Louis Freeman Co CINCINNATI with the tang stamped PRESTO PAT JAN 30-40 MADE IN USA and the small pen blade is stamped G SCHRADE in an arch over KNIFE CO over B'PORT CT.  The Onyx celluloid scales are very attractive with no cracks. The knife works well with both tips below the liners when closed, strong spring with some kickback opening and tight lockup on both blades open. Both safeties work. EX+ condition
