This is an antique switchblade made by the Press Button Knife Co a division of the Walden Knife Co of Walden, NY sometime before 1923. This model was called "The VICTOR" which means it has folding guards. It's the same size as the more common Invincible model measuring 4 7/8 inches closed and over 8 1/2 inches open with steel liners. The blade has loss from sharpening, approx 90% full with some light scratches and some pitting. The jigged bone scales are very attractive and in perfect condition. The knife works well with blade tip well inside the well when closed, good snap and locks open. As with most of these that have seen use over the years, it will rattle with the blade open and has about 1/4 inch up and down movement at the tip when open. Also the guards are NOT original, but nice replacements that work well. Good example of a 100+  year old American large switchblade.
