Antique Press Button Knife Co medium double with Ivory celluloid handles (scales) made in Walden, NY sometime between 1892 and 1923 and it was designated the model #107. The knife measures 3 3/8" closed and 6 15/16 inches with both blades open and has brass liners and nickel silver buttons. It is the middle of three sizes of 2 blade switchblades made by the company. The blades both have some loss from sharpening, about 98% full with light scratches and some scattered peppering. Both blades are marked PRESS BUTTON KNIFE CO WALDEN NY on the front of the tangs and backsides are blank, so likely made after 1912. The smooth ivory celluloid scales are in very good condition with some small handling/use marks. The knife works well with both blade tips even or below liners, open fully with a little kickback and great lockup small blade, spear point has about 1/16" up an down at the tip which is very good. VG+ condition.
