Antique Press Button Knife Co PREMIUM BLEND COFFEE #107 medium double advertiser automatic knife with Ivory celluloid handles (scales) made in Walden, NY sometime between 1892 and 1923. The knife measures 3 3/8" closed and 7 inches with both blades open and has brass liners and nickel silver buttons. It is the middle of three sizes of switchblade doubles made by the company. The spear/pen blades both have a little loss from use/sharpening over the years at about 97% full or better. Both blades are marked PRESS BUTTON KNIFE CO WALDEN NY on the front of the tangs and backsides are blank so likely made after 1913. The smooth ivory celluloid scales are in good condition with some handling and a little damage by one pin with advertising: "PREMIUM BLEND COFFEE" on the both scales. The knife works well with both blade tips below the liners closed, good snap and very good lockup with slight movement at the tips., Slight rattle if shaken with blades open. VG+ condition.
