Vintage PATENT 96847 INOX 20cm Italian Derby Bolster Pearl Button open Button close 1960s vintage automatic knife measures 19.8cm (7 13/16 inches) open with brass liners and nickel silver bolsters, button and safety cap. The flat grind swedge blade is full and shiny with original finish and the ricasso is stamped PATENT over 96847 over INOX in a pill. The pearlex (imitation pearl) scales are in excellent condition with 4 pins on the front and 3 pins on the back. The knife works well with the blade tip centered and below the liners closed, good snap and very good lockup (does not rattle if shaken with blade open). Press button to open and press button to close. Button presses Very hard so you need a strong thumb. Safety works. EX+ condition.
