PATENT 20cm Italian Humpback stiletto 1960s Vintage automatic knife

Vintage PATENT 20cm Italian Humpback stiletto switchblade knife made in the 1960s in Italy. These are referred to as Humpbacks due to the hump/bump on the back spring that you press to close the blade. The knife measures 20cm (7 7/8 inches) open and 4 3/8 inches closed with D stamped brass liners and German silver bolsters, button and safety cap. The flat swedge blade is 99% full and shiny with some light scratches and is marked PATENT on the rear of the ricasso (tang) and the front is blank. The genuine horn scales are beautiful and multi colored , but mostly black & caramel and are in very good condition. The knife works great with the blade tip deep and centered closed, nice smooth snap and excellent lockup.  It is coil spring fired with no kickback. Safety works. Really beautiful vintage Italian humpback switchblade. Short throw safety works. EX- condition.
