Mini Stiletto keychain knife 9cm Italian style vintage automatic knife

Mini Stiletto keychain knife 9cm Italian style vintage automatic knife not sure where it was made. The chain is the same as the ones used on many Italian made keychain stilettos, but the knife looks more like Japanese, or Chinese. It measures 9cm open and works fine with no markings (sterile). Blade sits below liners closed, good snap and tight lockup. EX condition.
