MADE ITALY INOX PATS PEND 15cm Italian Black rare Bayonet blade switchblade knife

Vintage MADE ITALY INOX PATS PEND 15cm Italian Ackermannchen Style black switchblade knife most likely made in the 1960s or 70s. This style is often stamped Ackermannchen and I don't know of any other name for it, so I'm going with that. As far as I can see the markings are the only difference. The knife measures just 14.6cm (5.8 inches) open with D Stamped brass liners and nickel silver plated button and safety cap. The unusual bayonet style blade appears to be full with all of the original factory finish and some light scratches. The black synthetic scales are in very nice condition with no cracks and only slight shrinkage with some light scratches and two spots that look a little "melted", but I suspect it's the way it was made. The knife works great with the blade tip sitting deep & centered closed, good snap and very good lockup open. Does not rattle if shaken with blade open. This is a backspring release knife so you press on a grooved tab on the exposed backspring in the wrap around handles to close blade. Safety works. Beautiful old Italian INOX PATENT automatic knife in EX+ condition.
