MADE IN ITALY INOXID 28cm Italian Stag Swing Guard 1960s vintage automatic knife

Vintage MADE IN ITALY INOXID PATENT 28cm Italian Swing Guard Stag automatic knife made in Italy in the 1960s or early 70s. The knife measures 27.9cm (10 15/16 inches) open and just under 6 inches closed with D Stamped brass liners and nickel silver bolsters, guards, button & safety cap. The flat grind swedge blade is 98% full and shiny with quite a few light scratches and the ricasso is stamped MADE IN ITALY INOXID and the reverse is stamped PATENT. The genuine stag scales have no cracks or chips and show age with plenty of character and Red dot safety. The knife works well with blade tip below liners, strong snap and excellent lockup with less than 1/16" at the tip. No rattle if shaken with blade open. Safety works. VG+ condition.
